For more than 15 years, Kelli has devoted her legal practice exclusively to representing businesses in the realms of employment and corporate law, with a sharp focus on employment, contracts, and litigation. Before establishing her law firm, Kelli held the positions of General Counsel and head of Human Resources at two publicly traded companies for over a decade. In her role as General Counsel, Kelli oversaw a wide array of responsibilities, including litigation, transactions, labor and employment matters, corporate and employee policies, regulatory compliance, workers’ compensation, and general liability issues. With her expertise, Kelli has adeptly negotiated and finalized well over a thousand contracts, ranging in value up to $200 million.

Rebecca will be joining the firm as an Associate Attorney this fall after graduation. Rebecca's prior career as an English teacher allows her to anticipate and adapt to differing client needs. In the community, Rebecca serves on the Board of Directors for the Grace Place Learning Center.

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and I have a strong connection to my hometown—it's a place I never want to leave. I studied Business Management at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Outside of work, I love exploring new food spots, staying active with fun workouts & hikes , and spending quality time with family and friends.
